POSITION OVERVIEW
Mass. Bay Brewing Company (MBBC), parent company to Harpoon, UFO, Clown Shoes, Arctic Summer and City Roots, is seeking a Mixpack Operations Worker who will be responsible for performing duties related to creating variety pack cases of finished goods from component cases. This position is available at our Woburn (Massachusetts) warehouse.

LOCATION: Woburn, MA
COMPENSATION: $15/hour
HOURS: Typical hours are Monday - Friday 8 a.m. - 3 p.m (hours may vary due to production/shipping needs)
FLSA: Part-Time, Non-Exempt

RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Frequently unstacking, repacking, and restacking product based on daily orders
- Accurately mixing components into variety packs
- Monitoring product quality frequently; reporting problems to mitigate safety and quality issues
- Following Good Manufacturing Practices
- Maintaining a clean, sanitary and safe work area
- Following all required work safety practices including wearing all required PPE in designated areas, safe material handling, etc.
- Performing other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS
- No previous experience required!
- Ability to lift and stack ~35 lb. cases repeatedly
- Attention to detail
- Genuine enthusiasm for craft beer, hard cider, and hard seltzer
