Packaging Operator/Cellarman (Boston Area)

We are accepting applications for a part time, hourly packaging operator at our Weymouth, MA production facility. This is an entry level position with the potential of becoming full time, as well as the opportunity to cross train in other areas of the brewery. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about craft beer and has a high attention to quality and detail.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Successfully fill and seam 12 and 16oz cans while maintaining consistency

Perform cleaning and sanitation processes on packaging equipment

Restock packaging supplies at the end of each shift

Report packaged inventory to Supervisor each day

Troubleshoot and perform preventative maintenance on packaging equipment, as needed

Requirements/Qualifications:

Must be able to lift 50lbs

Attention to quality

Comfortable with mechanics, so as to assist with any equipment issues that may arise

Ability to work with a team

Compliant with all brewery safety measures, additionally those pertaining to COVID19 precautions

Ability to work on your feet for extended periods of time

Prepared to work in a noisy and often wet environment

Must be 18+ years of age

Packaging experience is not required. We are happy to train the right candidate.
