Post Meridiem Spirit Company, Georgia’s first canned cocktail company, is immediately hiring a Production Supervisor to help meet rapidly-growing demand.
You will play a critical role at Post Meridiem. Work closely with the Co-Founders and other team members in a dynamic, fast-paced, learn-on-the-job environment to become an expert at blending and packaging award-winning, spirit-based canned cocktails. When you’re ready, take the lead to oversee day-to-day manufacturing of our products as we continue our growth and work toward our goal of becoming the country’s most respected source for uncompromising premixed cocktails.

Essential Duties:
- Take end-to-end responsibility for day-to-day production and packaging of cocktails
- Oversee safe operation of canning equipment during production
- Direct packaging team, training as necessary
- Maintain production equipment and facility
- Assist with ingredient and finished good inventory management
- Maintain highest quality standards for our products
- Record daily basic batch records
- Ensure outbound shipments are prepped properly and ready on time
Qualifications and Preferred Skills:
- Mechanically inclined (will learn the ins and outs of canning line technology and will be be responsible for small fixes and light maintenance on it day to day)
- Beverage manufacturing experience preferred but not required
- Beverage canning line experience valued
- Schedule, lead and track payroll for your production team
- Forklift experience a plus (training available)
- Basic computer skills required (ability to do basic operations within spreadsheets, create PDFs, use standard and label printers)

Physical Demands:
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to occasionally lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds
- Ability to occasionally operate a pallet jack
