Twin Monkeys is looking for an experienced Service Technician who wants to make a difference for our customers and for our growing company by bringing our canning lines to life at customer sites around the globe. ESSENTIAL ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Effectively training customers (remotely and on-site) on the operation systems of our machines and on how to achieve perfect beverage filling in at various customer sites in an everchanging industry
• Perform in-house can seam inspections
• Setup and verification of canning line systems prior to shipment
• Assembling canning lines on the Twin Monkeys factory floor
• Assist with open service issues with a goal to quickly resolve them and prevent future occurrences.
• Troubleshoot canning issues with customers over phone and email
• Performs other duties as assigned, while providing excellent customer service and promoting Twin Monkeys state of the art brand.
• Have a positive, self-motivating, can-do attitude.
• 20-40% Domestic and/or International travel required. Valid driver license and US Passport required.
QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• Effective troubleshooting ability
• Ability to think and react in a high energy, fast paced environment
• Good organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines
• Strong electro-mechanical aptitudes
• Ability to recognize and react to changing work demands
• Effective team player with excellent interpersonal skills supporting a team environment
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
• Minimum of 1 year of related experience working with canning and bottling lines as an operator and technician, or brewery experience
• Excellent people skills, capable of representing our company professionally and positively
• Proficient in MS Office: Outlook, Excel and Word
• Strong ability to understand and complete technical tasks with minimal supervision
• Self-starter who can work independently and, on several tasks,/projects simultaneously
DAILY WORK ENVIRONMENT:
• Standard manufacturing assembly conditions requiring standing, sitting and ability to lift up to 55 lbs.
• Regularly required to sit, stand, reach, and bend
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
• This position requires frequent travel, within the States and abroad. Applicant must have a valid US Passport
• Must be able to lift 55 pounds;
• Must have the ability to regularly stand, walk, use hands, reach, climb, work from heights, stoop, kneel and crouch
• The noise in these work environments is usually moderate to somewhat loud
• This position has a flexible work schedule. Applicant must be willing and able to work all shifts including weekends, holidays, early mornings and late nights
• The successful candidate must have a valid driver’s license free of any major violations in the last THREE years
