Production staff needed for growing BrewPub [Hop Haus Brewing Company, Fitchburg, WI]
Hop Haus Brewing Company is expanding! We are looking for dedicated and interested people to be part of our new BrewPub and 15 barrel production facility in Fitchburg. We are currently looking for production staff to help package Hop Haus beer.
Hop Haus Brewing Company has developed a reputation for crafting creative and consistent beers. We are inspired by the notion that every community deserves a place to gather, and to come together as neighbors to enjoy a pint of beer and worthwhile conversation.
Our production facility, which opened in August 2020 also features a canning line. Though not required, the ideal candidate would have experience operating a canning line. Our CODI canning line runs approx 40-50 cans/minute and we operate 2-3 days/week. Our production volume is increasing and this position would allow for upward growth and promotion within the company.

The ideal candidate would:
- Safely operate our centrifuge and canning line (training and mentoring provided)
- Assist with cellar activities including cleaning and sanitation
- Pay attention to the details; recording accurate and timely production data, maintaining and adjusting inventory.
- Help with scheduling and forecasting
- Learn quickly and be willing to assist other staff with unplanned projects/tasks.
- Have common sense. This is required!
- Communicate! The ability to effectively communicate verbally and electronically with other staff is imperative.
- Be fast moving, responsible, and motivated.
- Have reliable transportation.
