Co-founded by The University of Texas alumni Brian Murphy & Quentin Cantu, Ranch Rider was conceived in the back of a food truck, and launched officially in January of 2020. On a search for shift drinks that weren’t loaded with sugar or artificial sweeteners, they began mixing and taste-testing beverages with premium spirits, and fresh citrus to share with their friends & customers. The brand has since seen a considerable amount of initial growth and success throughout Texas and is expanding into new markets.

Qualifications
- HS education/diploma.
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in a brewery.
- Formal brewing education at an accredited school a plus.
- Experience working with lab equipment - co2 and alcohol testing devices.
- Good Manufacturing Processes, HACCP experience, SOP maintenance and development.
- Experience in running counter pressure canning lines - 60 CPM ++.
- Knowledge of seam inspection and validation
- Experience working with diaphragm and flexible impeller pumps.
- Mechanical mind - experience replacing pump seals and impellers. Fixing machinery you never thought possible you could fix.
- Knowledge of tank pressures
- Proficient in Google Docs and/or MS Office products.
- Above average time management skills.
- Always planning ahead on ways to run the production facility in a more efficient manner.
