Looking to add a full time member to our team for cellaring and packaging line operations.


Title: Packaging Line Operator/Cellaring


Reports To: Head Brewer/Lead Brewer



Summary of Position:

Clean and sanitize equipment, operate packaging line, transfer product, monitor and maintain fermentation


Duties and Responsibilities

• Clean tanks/brewing equipment
• Clean canning line/work area
• Run maintenance on packaging equipment
• Organize/prepare items for packaging
• Follow strict guidelines and SOPs
• Maintain product inventory
• Be able lift 55 lbs consistently
• Operate a forklift to organize product
• Be mechanically inclined and creative with problem solving
• Assist in miscellaneous brewery operations
• Work 8+ hour shifts
• Label/package cans and bottles

Qualifications

• Passionate and knowledgeable about fermented beverages
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to stand for long periods of time, bend, and occasionally lift heavy objects
• Canning line experience a plus
• Brewery production experience is preferred
