POSITION SUMMARY
The Director of Brewery Operations will oversee all brewing tasks from grain to glass ensuring brewing, cellaring and packaging duties are completed with maximum efficiency and safety. The Director coaches production colleagues so they can become more technically competent and knowledge of zymology. The incumbent will leverage their experience teaching and mentoring staff as they build fulfilling careers. As the production leader, the incumbent will leverage their past experience to recognize the strengths of existing methods and patience persistence to make incremental improvements. This role is best suited for someone who wants to work alongside the team and play an integral role in the leadership of the company.
