Beverage Packaging (Canning Line)
Qualified applicants must be able to work safely in a fast paced production environment, lift 50 to 75 pounds repeatedly and stand throughout shift. Must be able to handle long hours, typically Monday-Friday. Experience in food/beverage, production brewery, or sanitary packaging is preferred. Mechanical ability and experience in a production environment a plus. We're looking for a hardworking person who is passionate about packaging quality beverages and set their standards high.
Requires willingness to learn, ability to read and interpret packaging machinery parts drawings, basic math skills, the ability to work with your hands, multitask, attention to detail, time management.
Ensure and maintain the quality of products being canned and packaged by making adjustments and repairs. Wild Goose canning machine experience preferred.
Ability to maintain safe work environments.
Demonstrated ability to lead people and obtain results through others.
Ability to think ahead and prepare action plans to achieve results.
High attention to detail.
Problem analysis and resolution.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple priorities.
Strong team player.
Frequent lifting, twisting, bending at the knees, pushing and pulling of pallets containing packaging and finished product. On-site regular attendance and punctuality are essential
Good verbal and written communication skills

Knowledge of beer and brewing process

Experience driving a forklift
