    Are you looking to get your foot in the door in the craft brewing industry? Buckeye Mobile Canning provides canning services to craft breweries, cideries, and wineries across Ohio and Western Pennsylvania. With over 2.5 million cans processed, we are a growing business that provides a key service to the craft brewing industry in Ohio and Pennsylvania. As a canning technician, you would play a vital role in providing the highest quality canning services. Our team members reflect a dedication to quality, professionalism, customer service, and skill that is expected by our clients. We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated, team player, to be a key part of our team. This is a full time position of 40 hours a week or more that requires frequent traveling.

    Responsibilities:
    -All aspects of operating a beer packaging line including, but not limited to:
    -Operating and maintaining machinery
    -Packaging finished product
    -Extensive cleaning and sanitizing of the equipment (includes mixing chemicals)
    -Attention to quality control, efficiency, and statistical tracking
    -Trouble shooting any technical problem that may arise while canning

    All aspects of operating a mobile packaging business including, but not limited to:
    -Organizing, preparing, and loading the mobile canning truck prior to jobs
    unloading, relaoding, assembling, and disassembling the mobile canning line for each job
    -Moving heavy equipment and supplies
    -Standing on your feet for long periods of time
    -Maintenance and preparation of equipment.
    -Packing and loading brewery materials

    Requirements:
    -Must have extreme attention to detail and organization skills
    -Passionate and knowledgeable about craft beer
    -Mechanical minded. Competent at maintaining and repairing equipment
    -Experience with tools and pneumatic equipment
    -Physically able to work on your feet for long hours and move/lift heavy objects
    -Willingness to work irregular hours and travel throughout Ohio and Western Pennsylvania on a regular basis.

    -Brewery experience is preferred
    -Restaurant or food service sanitation experience is a plus
    -Valid Drivers license and clean driving record
    -Experience driving and or loading a truck and 20 foot trailer.

    Compensation:
    Full time temp to hire position with a 90 day probationary period.
    Quarterly bonus plan
