    Upslope Brewing Company is an award-winning craft beer and seltzer producer located in Boulder, CO. We are seeking to add a skilled and experienced individual to our maintenance and facilities department.


    Job Responsibilities (include but are not limited to)
    • Aid in the installation of new equipment
    • Perform preventative, routine, and reactive maintenance on brewery and facility related equipment; seeks to minimize equipment downtime
    • Seek ways to constantly improve production processes
    • Work with and maintains relationships with outside vendors and contractors
    • Maintain clean and organized workspace
    • Maintain a safe work area and adhere to all safety protocols; appropriate use of PPE
    • Help source and maintain inventory of spare parts
    • Use CMMS software to document repairs and log relevant information related to equipment
    • Aid production departments in accomplishing daily production tasks when necessary
    • Aid in maintaining grounds and tenant spaces

    Desired Qualifications

    • Experience with plumbing, electrical, HVAC, pneumatic, and/or mechanical systems
    • Experience in a food production or manufacturing facility (brewery experience preferred)
    • Experience with carpentry, framing, drywall, and/or welding
    • Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical drawings, schematics, and blueprints
    • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
    • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and constantly changing work environment
    • Passion for the independent quality craft beer and hard seltzer community and/or the Upslope Vision and Mission

    Candidates must be able to work occasional evenings and weekends and occasionally respond to off-hours facility emergencies. This position requires periods of prolonged standing in a production setting which may be loud, slick, humid, and hot. Outdoor work may be required regardless of weather conditions. Must be able to periodically lift heavy objects either alone or with assistance.
