Beverage Production Associate
About Us
TL LLC is a manufacturer and co-manufacturer of high-quality foods and beverages in a GMP compliant facility that caters to companies looking to expand their current brand or develop and bring a new product to national and international markets.
Responsible for assisting Production Lead with infused product preparation, production, and post op procedures. Keeps up with established productions rates and maintains acceptable product loss standards. Is familiar with GMP standards and can follow basic instruction with little to no supervision.
$1000 Hiring Bonus
Essential Functions:
Standard operating procedures and build sheets are followed, executed, and recorded accurately
Basic knowledge of metric unit of measure
Blending, transferring, and conditioning of beverages; both carbonated and still
Performs packaging operations; both canning and kegging
Cleaning and sanitizing beverage production tanks and equipment
Participate in multiple production projects simultaneously
Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
General cleaning and equipment maintenance
Ability to work as part of a team. Must have a sense of urgency.
Accountability and focus on quality and consistency.
Results and volume driven
All other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
Preferred Experience:
Previous experience in beverage production manufacturing (production brewery, kombucha, or other carbonated beverage production)
Familiarity with Alpha Brewing, Wild Goose, or similar can filler.
Strong understanding of beverage production sanitation practices.
Familiarity with GMP manufacturing and HACCP food safety practices.
Proficient Computer and Excel Skills.
Reliable Transportation

Good communication skills
Execute verbal and written directions.
Key Competencies:
Proficient computer skills. Must be clean, organized, efficient, and adhere to beverage production schedules and deadlines. Hard working, dependable with a desire to learn, develop, and continually improve products and processes.
Physical Requirements:
Standing for extended periods of time
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
$18.50 - $22.00 per hour

Hiring bonus to be paid out as follows:
$250 on date of hire, $250 after 30 days of employment & $500 after 90 days of employment. Medical benefits to start 1 January 2022.
