4 Hands Brewing Company/1220 Artisan Spirits is currently looking for a Packaging Operator.

This position will report to the Packaging Manager. This is an entry-level position in a growing company.

Job Responsibilities Include:

• Operating canning, bottling, labeling, and kegging equipment
• Stocking packaging materials
• Operating material handling equipment
• Loading and unloading trucks
• Safely handling chemicals
• Inspection of all packaged products to ensure the highest standard of quality
• General cleaning, sanitation, and maintenance of equipment and facilities

Skills and Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Canning or bottling experience preferred
• Knowledge of the brewing process is a plus
• Strong mechanical inclination
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Forklift experience is a plus
• Ability to problem-solve/troubleshoot while working in a fast-paced production environment
• Must be self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time, twist, turn, crouch, and climb ladders
• Must be able to lift up to 58 lbs and move 160 lbs
• Must be able to perform repetitive motions for extended periods of time
• Flexible schedule with ability to work weekends and late shifts when necessary
