Job Overview
Packaging Operators at Ninkasi are primarily responsible for the canning, bottling and kegging of Ninkasi beer through operation and maintenance of canning, bottling and kegging equipment, inventory and handling of raw materials.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Operation of canning, bottling and kegging equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
- Loading, unloading, and managing flow of packaging materials as well as the finished product.
- CIP of equipment and lines.
- Maintain and/or implement new efficient and effective work methods and systems.
- Responsible for ensuring that security procedures are adhered to throughout the building.
- Monitor supplies to insure required supply levels are maintained and order supplies as necessary. This includes, but is not limited to, the following items:
- Raw glass
- Crowns
- Glue
- Shrink wrap
- Labels
- Boxes
- Lubricants
- Spare Parts
- Chemical equipment
- Safety equipment
- Communicate regularly and efficiently with Ninkasi staff.
- Arrive to each shift on time with a positive attitude.
- Perform others duties as assigned.
Desired Minimum Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Experience: 1-2 years in a similar or related field.
