    We are looking for a Co-Pack Machine Operator for our Longmont, Colorado facility.

    Job Overview:

    Wildpack Beverage is hiring a full-time hourly permanent Machine Operator, Co-Pack for our Production Team at our brand-new facilitiy located in Longmont, CO. At Wildpack, we pride ourselves on the company culture we have and the fun and friendly environment that we work in.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Accurately weigh and measure raw materials (including spirits, water, and flavorings, etc.)
    • Operate and perform preventative maintenance on small equipment/machinery (mixers, scales, brite tanks, forklifts etc.)
    • Manage product transfers and filtration from one piece of the production equipment to brite tanks
    • Perform quality checks both in the mixing vessels and brite tanks to ensure specifications are met as directed by the brand/recipe
    • Fill and package cans on our Wild Goose canning lines
    • Troubleshoot and perform maintenance on Wild Goose canning lines
    • Inspects primary, secondary, and tertiary packaging components, codes, and products to ensure that product is packaged according to specifications
    • Reports or records production and non-production data on designated forms in a timely, complete, and accurate manner
    • Ensure packaging is ready for production
    • Put together boxes/trays for cans to be shipped
    • Ensure manufacturing orders are completed and properly packaged
    • Stack pallets of cans to be shipped out
    • Maintain clean environment
    • Prioritize safety and quality
    • Ability to make decisions, problem solve and prioritize assignments
    • Work in a team environment to ensure all goals are met

    Work Schedule:
    • 8 hour shifts with the opportunity for overtime
    • Early shift 8am-5pm
    • Afternoon shift 10am-7pm
    • Late shift 3pm-11pm
    • Monday through Friday with periodic weekend work

    Your Qualifications:
    • Strong planning, cleaning and organizational skills
    • Forklift operation experience would be a plus
    • High School Diploma or GED required
    • Must be 21 years of age

    Must have flexibility in scheduling for work shifts that start as early as 7am and goes as late as 11pm. Must be able to move and maneuver 100+lbs, stand for long periods of time, bend, stoop, reach, twist and crouch repeatedly while working in a loud, fast paced environment.

    Salary range: $18 to $20 per hour.
