Packaging and Cellar Operations, Portland Maine

Rising Tide Brewing is looking to add to our production team. We are a 4000 bbl/year brewery located in Portland Maine.

This position will focus on all aspects of packaging and cellar operations including:

• Wash, sanitize, and fill kegs according to SOP.
• General cleaning of floors, equipment, and environment.
• Canning operations including depalletizing, filling, and seaming cans.
• Packaging QC including dissolved oxygen and seam specification monitoring.
• Cellar QC including gravity, pH, and dissolved gasses monitoring.
• Beer transfers and fining operations
• Dry hopping
• Yeast harvesting and cell counting
• Cleaning of bright beer and fermentation tanks.
