Requirements:
- Must be 21 years of age
- At least 1 year of experience in a pub or production brewery setting
- Able to handle the rigors of full shifts on your feet, lifting 55lbs, and moving up to 165lbs
- Comfort around production equipment and machinery
- Positive attitude and team player
- Communication and ability to work within a team
- Able to follow SOPs to assure quality and safety
- A commitment to quality and hard work
- A passion for quality craft beer
Responsibilities:
- Wort production on two vessel 15bbl brewhouse
- Malt handling
- Monitoring fermentations
- Dry hopping
- Yeast handling, harvesting and pitching
- Tank CIPs
- Packaging on 4 head Alpha canning line, and 4 head bottle filler
- Maintaining organization of raw materials and packaged product
- Keg cleaning and filling
- Barrel/Foeder work
