Primary responsibilities for this role include:
- Brew Migration current flavors and seasonal offerings, ensuring all brewing activities are completed in a timely manner
- Conduct accurate monthly inventory of beer, brewing ingredients and packaging materials.
- Monitor and Develop brewing process, ensuring all product meets Migration standards
- Enter all information accurately into Migration’s workbooks/docs
- Assist in oversight of Barrel aging program
- Assist with creating production schedule in conjunction with Brewery Manager
- Update Standard Operating Procedures in conjunction with Brewery Manager
- Ensure Glisan Brewing facility “The Shop” is in compliance with OSHA health and safety requirements
- Collect and monitor brewing data, create and submit regular reports to Brewery Manager
- Prepare and submit State/City paperwork to Brewery Manager
- Conduct Brewer activities at Wilkes Brewing facility as assigned
- Conduct Racking and Packaging activities
- Conduct all QA/QC processes implemented
- Contributes weekly to new product development
The Details:
- Compensation: Salaried: DOE
- 2 weeks PTO (accrued/roll over) with a 40 hour Front Load!
