Mother Road Brewing Company seeks a Production Manager to contribute towards our purpose: to brew distinguished beers and build community one pint at a time. Mother Road is a Regional Craft Brewery, based in Flagstaff, Arizona. We brewed 19,200 taxable barrels in 2021, and have expansion plans on our road map.
Job Accountabilities Include:
● Executes the brewing schedule
● Orders raw and packaging materials
● Monitors and improves production efficiencies
● Co-leads special projects with Quality and Facilities
● Manages brewery SOP update process

LICENSE TO DRIVE
Want to travel with us? The ideal candidate will have a track record of high performance in
required job competencies, and align with our values. Qualifications are 5+ years experience in
food and beverage production management (beer, wine, packaged drinks preferred).
Education may be considered in lieu of some experience. Love of food, travel, the outdoors,
history and the Southwest are a candidate bonus.
A FULL TANK OF GAS
Mother Road’s goal is to pay in the 75th percentile; we use PayScale to benchmark all
salaries. This is a full-time role with PTO, Paid Holidays, Group Medical, Dental, and Vision
Insurance, Bonding Leave, 401(k), and Beer Benefits. We take care of our crew and keep their
well-being a priority.
FLAGSTAFF, AZ
A hidden gem of a mountain town in Northern Arizona, located in the largest Ponderosa Pine
forest in the world. Flagstaff, AZ has a ski mountain 20 minutes from the center of town, as
well as world class rock climbing, mountain biking and trail running opportunities. Flagstaff’s
central location in the Southwest, between California, Nevada, Utah, New Mexico, Colorado,
lends itself to many weekend getaway possibilities.
