Mother Road Brewing Company seeks an experienced Packaging Supervisor to contribute towards our purpose: to brew distinguished beers and build community one pint at a time. Mother Road is a Regional Craft Brewery, based in Flagstaff, Arizona. We brewed 19,200 taxable barrels in 2021, and have expansion plans on our road map.
Job Accountabilities Include:
- Leading canning and kegging operations
- Packaging efficiency and quality improvement projects
- Packaging equipment subject matter expert

LICENSE TO DRIVE
Want to travel with us? The ideal candidate will have a track record of high performance in required job competencies. Minimum qualifications include 2.5+ years of food and beverage packaging experience in a manufacturing environment. Some education may be considered in lieu of experience. Love of food, travel, the outdoors, history and the Southwest are a candidate bonus.
