Hours: Full time
Location: This position will be based out of San Marcos, CA with a focus on supporting our national
business operations. Work will be at off site client locations (locally, nationally, and occasionally
internationally) and at the Beverage Equipment Traders main equipment warehouse in San Marcos,
CA. Travel to client facilities can be extensive at times.
Description: A brewery/beverage gearheads dream, this opportunity involves a full suite of
mechanical and professional services supporting the beverage industry: everything from building
and disassembling beverage plants, operating heavy equipment, installing and de-installing
machinery, and consulting with beverage manufacturers to help them improve or exit.
As a key member of the BET operations, construction, and rigging team, you will be responsible for
executing project work with tight deadlines and limited resources in a fast paced and highly
adaptive environment. Excellent communication skills are essential. Developing strong
relationships within our team and external partners– breweries, beverage manufacturers, industry
trade groups, etc– will be an integral component of your success.

labor. We need a committed team player who can see the big picture, analyze and troubleshoot
problems in the field, and create lasting partnerships with industry players that result in long-term
business growth. You will be exposed to everything we do, and you will grow along with this
business. This is not mundane or prosaic; this is challenging, creative, and very fulfilling!
