Brewer Position, Minnesota
BIO-CAT Microbials in Shakopee, Minnesota is looking for a Brewer to assist in fermentation duties including but not limited to operating plate heat exchangers, centrifuges, spray dryers, pumps, valves, and other associated equipment.
The candidate should be familiar with the fermentation process, have some mechanical aptitude, be able to read displays and take notes, and perform tasks with autonomy.
