    FINNEGANS Packaging & Order Fulfillment Lead
    FINNEGANS, an innovative social enterprise, is looking for a high energy, dependable, socially minded self-starter, to join our brewery production team.
    FINNEGANS mission is turning beer into food and the company has created over $2 million in impact and counting for the community. We focus on funding fresh local produce for those in need. FINNEGANS beer brands are distributed in MN, WI, ND, and SD, and Hairless Dog Non-Alcoholic brands are distributed across 33 states.
    At FINNEGANS we are a small team of brewers who produce and create many different styles of beer from lagers, ales, seasonal favorites, Belgians and barrel age wild and sour ales, along with 0.0% Hairless Dog Brews. We have a taproom and a network of 28 plus distributors. Our production brewery is located in the Elliot Park neighborhood, in the East Town aread of downtown Minneapolis. The FINNEGANS House Brewery & Taproom has been in operation since 3/17/18. We are going into 2024 with a year of incredible beer lined up, and we are a do everything and help each other out kind of production team. FINNEGANS has a 20 barrel brewhouse and nine fermenters ranging from 20 barrels to 90 barrels.
    Job Duties:
    • Packaging: Keg filling, bottling, running our Wild Goose Canning Line, case packing, keg washing, record keeping, pasteurizing
    • Trouble shooting packaging issues.
    • Managing packaged product organization with an eye for Quality Control of the final product.
    • Order fulfillment, includes safely operating forklift.
    • General Cleaning Duties: Including but not limited to scrubbing floors, and shining tanks.
    • Cross training available throughout the brewery.
    • Other Duties as needed.
    Head Brewer
    The preferred Candidate should possess:
    • Experience running a canning line
    • An aptitude for mechanical operations
    • A great work ethic, time management and personal accountability
    • Good communication skills
    • Attention to detail and adaptable to change
    • Safely work with cleaning/sanitizing chemicals and in varying environment
    • Ability to work in loud, cold/hot and wet environments
    This is a full-time, non-exempt position which will include occasional evening or weekend shifts.
    Eligible for Health Insurance, Paid Time Off, as well as underground parking onsite.

    Must be able to repeatedly lift and maneuver 55 lbs to shoulder height and be able to repeatedly maneuver 165 lb kegs to pallet height.
