PACKAGING TECH
Packaging techs are primarily oriented cold side - putting beer in cans or bottles. The staff we hire now will undoubtedly have the opportunity to find their home in the company, wether it's packaging, the cellar, the brew house, customer care, or any of the other jobs that will need to be filled.

OUR IDEAL PACKAGING TECH
- Process oriented - consistency is key, you must be able to do the exact same thing every time thousands of times. This is a legitimate skill set that not everyone has.
- Dedicated - We really believe in what we're doing here, and it's important that you do to. Working in a brewery is serious work, it's not something you do casually.
- Passionate - If dedication is what keeps you going through tough hours, passion is what keeps you going through tough weeks. We're looking for staff that wants to be involved in furthering the company in any way they can, and that comes from passion.
- Technically literate - There's a lot of moving parts in packaging consistent and high quality beer, we need staff who's able to maintain all of them in perfect harmony.
- Experienced - Either experience in a brewery of any kind or a pertinent degree. Unfortunately we're not currently in a position to teach skill sets from the ground up, so we need staff ready to hit the ground running.
