Job Description
As a Cellarperson with Three Creeks Brewing Company you will be responsible for tank transfers, CIP processes, packaging line work and keg washing\racking. We are looking for a team player that wants in on the ground floor of a rapidly growing brewery. The perfect candidate will have the desire to grow into larger roles within the Three Creeks family as opportunities present themselves.
Essential Job Duties
• Present Three Creeks Brewing in a positive and pleasant manner at times
• Ability and willingness to maintain flexible work schedules, as weekend and extended workdays are occasionally necessary.
• Tank Transfers
• Fermenter and Brite tank CIP
• General cleaning and maintenance
• Packaging line work on our WGC-250 can line and with mobile bottling partners
• Keg washing/filling using an IDD Squire 2
• Promotional events
Qualifications:
• 1-2 years experience working in a brewpub or production brewery
• Passion for and knowledge of the art and science of brewing craft beer
• Excellent Time management skills and the ability to multi-task
• Strong Attention to Detail
• Self-Motivated, able to work and deliver results with little direct supervision
• Effective Communicator possessing strong written and verbal skills
• Basic Computer Skills
Job Requirements
• College Degree or comparable work experience
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
• Fork Lift Certification a plus
Physical Requirements
• Must be able to perform simple grasping, fine manipulation, and repetitive hand and arm movements frequently
• Must be able to lift up to 150lbs routinely
• Must be able to stand, squat, walk, pull, push, kneel on uneven surfaces
• Must be able to routinely climb\descend stairs
