Job Summary:
The Keg Line Operator is responsible for CIP, sanitization, operation, and clean-up of the keg line. They are responsible for filling orders according to the schedule, running the line and working with the lab and cellar team to ensure that all QC parameters are met.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Specifically, the responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following activities:
- Follow keg schedule to ensure orders are met on time and in the proper cooperage
- CIP and sanitize the line according to SOP protocols
- Run the keg line according to SOP and make sure that QC parameters are being met
- Work with the lab and cellar staff to release beers prior to packaging
- Keep keg line area and storage area organized and clean
- Maintain stock of all collars and keg caps
- Identify problems on the line and notify management and maintenance as needed
- Identify, separate and repair bad kegs
- Other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent and prior manufacturing experience a plus, but not required. Will train on the job.
- Ability to operate and use a PC computer
- Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing.
- Ability to complete simple math calculations such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- Ability to multi task in a fast paced environment and maintain attention to detail while managing time to meet production goals.
- Ability to take initiative, act promptly and be proactive
