Do you have canning system operational experience?
This position is located in Boulder, Colorado and provides Support & Service for Wild Goose Canning systems. Duties include, but are not limited to performing on-site routine services including installations, maintenance, repair and support. This position reports to Field Service/Installation Manager and Technical Support Manager.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Install and commission WGC Systems on site
• Address customer support issues via phone and email, resolves issues and obtains customer feedback proactively
• Follows up on incoming phone calls for parts orders
• Ability to assemble, and maintain equipment in top peak performance (strong focus on WGC Seamer tuning)
• Provide detailed notes and descriptions in Field Reports, Cases and EIRs
• Performs site visits and travels when necessary
