Job duties include:
1) Day to day operation of all production of beer, running canning line and bottling line.
2) Staffing all production days.
3) Maintaining inventory of all full goods and packaging.
4) Coordination of packaging schedule with Brewmaster.
5) Maintaining the upkeep of all equipment.
6) Handling all work orders and repair orders.
7) From time to time other duties will be asked as needed, such as helping behind the bar, or giving tours on the weekend etc.
8) Outgoing beer order preparation and coordination

Thorough knowledge of the production flow including brewing capabilities, packing capabilities, shipping constraints, and customer orders
A well-organized and self-directed individual who is a team player
Ability to coordinate with other departments according to schedule demands
Ability and aptitude to work with and troubleshoot equipment
Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 55 lbs. and occasionally maneuver 165 lb. kegs with assistance
Must be able to drive a forklift or be able to be taught how to drive a forklift
