Soon-to-be Jeremiah Johnson Brewing Company, (formally the Front Brewing) is hiring a full-time “Packaging and Maintenance Lead.”
Located in Great Falls, MT, we are a small team of brewers at a 30 bbl production facility. We are seeking candidates who are interested in the craft brewing industry, have a strong work ethic and are ready to take on a new opportunity and challenge. Experience in the craft beverage industry and experience with canning/bottling lines is preferred, but not necessary.
Attention to detail, a positive attitude and a commitment to being excellent at the job are necessary!
Position: Brewery Packaging Lead (~40 hours per week)
Wage: $14/hour or up to start (depending on experience)
We are seeking a dynamic candidate with the following criteria:
Willingness to learn
Mechanical Aptitude
Forklift Operation
Excellent attendance & timeliness
Able to work weekends from time to time
Respectful of others and self
Positive, winning attitude
A sense of urgency to get things accomplished
Willingness to learn and take direction
Clean driving record
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
Respect of top quality equipment & tools
Ability to perform tasks with little or no supervision
Ability to think and make sound and reasonable decisions
Appreciation (or day we say love) of cleaning & sanitation!

Canning line setup, operation and cleaning
Keg line setup and operation
General Brewery Maintenance
Standard Operating Procedures throughout the Brewery
