Bootstrap Brewing is a young, fun, growing brewery in Colorado that’s looking for a Warehouse Operator. This individual must be passionate about beer and our beer culture, quality focused, safety driven, have high attention to detail and be team-oriented to join our Bootstrap team. We are seeking an individual who has experience running a brewery warehouse and willing to participate in production canning runs. We want to talk to you if you meet the following:
• Must be able to reliably set up truck deliveries to ship product to our distributors in a timely manner
• Capable of loading pallets of beer and kegs onto trucks and into our company van using a pallet jack and/or forklift
• Will be required to transfer kegs and cases of beer between both Bootstrap production locations using the company van
• Capable of ordering and maintaining weekly/monthly inventory of items such as grain, hops, yeast, chemicals, kegs, cans, etc
• Must be computer savvy and capable of working with excel spreadsheets and brewery software
• Will be required at times to help in production with canning
• Able to work well in a team environment with a positive attitude and also work independently without supervision
• Have awesome communication skills with people
• Adheres to quality workmanship and is detail-oriented
• Must be willing to work the occasional weekend and/or evening as required
• Requires ability to lift and move objects that weigh up to 55lbs with the occasional lifting/moving of 165lb kegs
• Must be able to twist/turn, reach over shoulders, bend/stoop and stand/walk on a continual basis
• Work in a hot/cold, wet environment
• Forklift certified preferred (will train if not certified)
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
