    HOLIDAILY BREWING COMPANY
    TAP ROOM MANAGER

    Position Summary: Responsible for co-worker team development of 10+ part and full time co - workers, profitable growth, and enhanced customer experience.

    The right person will be a very important part of the management team and will report directly to the Founder and CEO. We are looking for an assertive, proactive team player, who is excited about the challenge of helping build a successful business. We’re looking for someone who is interested in playing a role in the overall business long term.

    Enhanced Customer Experience
    • Maintain a welcoming, educational, exciting and inviting experience
    • Manage Tap Room guest satisfaction and overall brewery visitor experience
    • Manage, create and communicate menu options/tap room needs
    • Provide customers with beer information, history, and be able to respond to customers questions
    • Inform customers on where to find Holidaily beers at retail, restaurants, and outside events
    • Develop, execute and measure a strategic plan to gain customer loyalty
    • Clean, organize and re-stock tasting room

    Co-worker team development and management
    • Manage Tap Room co-worker schedule and staffing needs
    • Coordinate staffing and events with other departments
    • Coordinate and schedule food trucks and/or food options for taproom
    • Manage brewery human resource objectives by selecting, orienting, training, coaching and counseling staff
    • Constantly and consistently communicate job expectations to staff
    • Educate staff on our beers, techniques, history, and creating exceptional customer experience
    • Maintain safe, healthy and sustainable tap room environment
    • Create events, promotions within the taproom
    • Collaborate and communicate with other departments including brewing, sales, marketing and management
    • Manage cash and create deposits
    • Collect and report all payroll to accounting team
    • Consistently exceed guest expectations

    Profitable growth
    • Help create and meet Tap Room financial objectives as they relate to overall brewery goals
    • Manage Tap Room budget
    • Manage inventory and participate in merchandise selection to forecast inventory needs
    • Analyze trends on visitors, events, beer, food and merchandise
    • Merchandise the taproom displays to effectively sell beer and other products
    • Manage the sales and execution of both private and public events
    • Create metrics to measure success rate for taproom and events, and, detect areas needing improvement to achieve optimal customer service, brand recognition, and sales goals

    Essential Job Requirements Education

    Bachelor’s degree preferred or applicable work experience

    Experience/Skills
    • Knowledge of and passion for craft beer and the brewing industry
    • Gluten Free lifestyle knowledge preferred
    • 5 years minimum bar/restaurant, brewery/winery, retail management
    • Purchasing, inventory controls, marketing, and budgetary controls
    • Knowledge and experience with Restaurant POS Systems
    • Skills and experience in verbal communication and customer focus
    • Must be able to work weekends, evenings and events
    • Excellent customer service, interpersonal and proven leadership skills

    Physical Requirements:
    • Must be able to lift 50lbs
    • Must be able to stand on feet for 3-4 hours at a time
    • Must be at least 21 years old

    This is a salaried position with the opportunity to earn bonuses based on performance. In addition, Holidaily Brewing Company provides health, dental and vision benefits.
