Last Chance Cider in Billings, Montana is looking for a general manager for our busy pub. The pub features scratch made food, award winning ciders made in house, and beers on tap from our sister operation in Red Lodge, Montana. Annual sales volume is over $1.2 million.
Job duties include:
Scheduling
Hiring and Firing
Ordering
Training staff
Updating Point of Sale as necessary
Holding staff accountable for a clean facility and efficient service
Maintaining and growing traffic, both from everyday service and hosting groups/events
Keeping food and labor costs on budget
Problem solving
Maintenance
Job requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in the restaurant field
Knowledge of front-of-house and back-of-house operations
Management experience
Ability to use Point of Sale, excel, and google docs.
Willingness to work Fridays and Saturdays
Ability to food cost menu items.
