    Left Hand Brewing Company is looking for an outstanding candidate to join our brewery in Longmont, Colorado, located in the heart of the foothills and gateway to Rocky Mountain National Park. A passion for craft beer, and a love of making people the best they can be, is a must.
    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & DUTIES:
    • The Assistant Distribution Manager executes all aspects of Distributor Partner (DP) logistics; acts as a Logistics Handler as required; maintains a safe and organized work environment; and performs related administrative duties.
    • Builds strong team cohesion by being engaged, approachable, and highly communicative. Enables and empowers each individual team member through the ability to listen, learn, and coach.
    • Ensures staff are effectively executing their job duties and operating equipment according to SOPs by providing training and follow-up to ensure accountability
    • Coordinates shipping schedule and coordinates freight for all outgoing shipments to maximize economy and control costs.
    • Ensures proper labeling and date codes are used on all Finished Goods (FGs)
    • Updates MicroStar portal with outbound shipments, verifying total kegs shipped per month for reconciliation
    • Trains and advises cooler staff on equipment operation, beer storage, loading of trucks, and order building

    THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
    • Logistics and or Distribution experience
    • Previous Warehouse and/or Material Handling experience
    • Experience safely and accurately operating forklift and ability to maintain forklift certification

    This is a full-time position with a benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) retirement plan, ESOP, paid time off, and of course world class beer. We do not cover relocation costs.

    Pay Band: $50,000 - $55,000
