by bellinmiI made a Berliner Weisse last night and pitched in the Wildbrew Philly Sour at 66.5 degrees F. Then I read the minimum temp for this yeast is 68 degrees F. Will this pitch kick off or did I just screw it up? It's a 6BBL batch at 11P.

by C-lavOn recommendation from another brewer, I mixed a sani solution (PAA) in the BK and added a scoop of caustic to the solution to attempt to get rid of some old, stubborn "stains" (see faints shadows on right side of picture). Soon after I mixed in the caustic, the darker spots started appearing...
