    chugger pump replacement motor
    by BSBC
I need new tefcpssmax pump motor as mine bit the dust last week. Chuggar does not sell the motor only. I do not need a new pump head just the pump so i can repair the one I have.

Could anyone help me find a replacement pump motor for this?...

    Plate Filter - Double Filtration
    by akom
We need to filter down to 1.5 micron.

Our plate filter allows us to use a crossover plate so we can do a double filtration. For example half the sheets could be 5 micron and half would be 1.5 micron. The liquid would have to pass through both.

    Are there benefits to this...

    Hi All,
we are using an RO system for our brewpub as the the local water is not great and produces a lot of limescale buildup,
however my question is why I dont seem to be able to lower the ph of any of my brews below 5.7 . I am using phosphoric to lower the mash and sparge water but cany...

Hello, I am new to commercial brewing and just started in a small operation that is actually an oyster bar brewpub. The set up is a 4BBL system. the last brewer told me he used the HLT as his caustic tank when he CIPed the FVs. As we need other hot water to rinse and then mix acid wash, and rinse...

    Steam control valves.....
    by gitchegumee
Installing a steam system for 30hl brewhouse. Looking for an alternative to very expensive and long lead-time Spirax Sarco PM6 series steam control valve. Maintaining temperature on mash is a very slow process that doesn't require a super-responsive valve. Can someone offer simpler equipment for...

Sizing for 2-15bbl and 1-10bbl brite tanks
    by stltom
    Hey all,
We're in the process of expanding and will be adding 2- 15bbl brites to go along with our current 10bbl brite tank. We chill our finished kombucha from 80ish to low 30's for carbonation and then packaging. I have no idea how to size the chillers that we need for this. I don't think...

    Water Profile Input Needed
    by Smudgepot
    Hi all,

New pro brewer here. We're opening up in a few months and I'm looking at our water report. We have hard water here in SoCal and I always used RO water for home brewing. With this water profile, do you think I can make it work or should we just bite the bullet and get an RO system?...
