Has anyone used these things?
Looks like an inventive way to be able to do some wood-aging without having to give up the kind of space/time that traditional barrels require.
I have very limited floor space in my production area, and no forklift - but owners are interested in exploring wood-aging.
Any thoughts/experiences with this brand would be much appreciated!
