I've see people use a corny keg as a dose tank with compressed air to inject chemicals inline.

I used a great combo by Endress-Hauser that would adjust the peristaltic pump rate based on real time sensor feedback. You set the pH parameters and it adjusted accordingly. Perfect for when you want to adjust your sparge rates.

In Line Water Dosage System/Peristaltic Pump

We are looking for a solution to reduce the water pH in our HLT. The water feeding our system is approximately 7.8-8.2 and will rise to 8.4 at higher temperatures due to the precipitation of carbonic acid. We have been able to lower the pH by dosing our entire HLT with phosphoric acid but would like to automate the process in the future to make it easier to brew multiple batches in a day and have a better mix by dosing in line.

I was looking for advice on equipment that might be able to help us find a solution to this issue and how other brewers have dealt with high pH and the astringency issues this causes.

    Thanks,
    Sharif
