DAW tower design?

I'm building a DAW tower to strip O2 from hot, boiled water. I've got 6" thinwall stainless tubing and other gear to make it happen. Looking for ideas regarding packing material, and general design considerations. Let me know whether you've got some ideas or real-world feedback on similar units. Thanks!

I'm not familiar with a "DAW Tower." Can you provide a link or some background info?

Have a look for this MBAA presentation - not the full answer by any means, but may help a little - "Producing deaerated water, Methods, design considerations and operational implications" by John Kyle Dorton, Alfa Laval. I have got some other info about DAW production, but it will again, be fairly general background info. Presumably you are opting for hot deaeration rather than cold to offer a degree of micro stabilisation, though this is possibly the most expensive method unless it is run for long periods to allow for energy recovery
