  • iStill - Distilling made easy

So ... instead of creating a whole host of topics related to distilling, I think it would make more sense to post multiple topics, related to distilling, iStill, and making distilling easier for the brewer. BTW, if you guys have any questions, related to distilling, please fire away. For now ... here's a link to a short "fast forward" movie of us setting up a 2000 liter iStill distillery in the Netherlands. That's 520 gallon. A unit that can easily make a 55 to 60 gallon barrel of 60 to 65% whisky.

Here is a blog post of us bottling some single malt whisky. Available (let's call it "proof of concept"?) for those interested in distilling their own and maybe using our equipment.

          Hi there folks,

StillControl is an easy and affordable technology we developed to help people distill. Here's a short promo-movie to give you an idea on how it works:

            Hi there,

Given that Covid has made it al but impossible to organize or attend tradeshows, we have created the online Distillers Tradeshow. Still in its infancy. But if you want to find out about trustworthy suppliers, well, there are a few. Barrels, rent-to-own finance options for distilleries, service providers, etc. And interviews and Q&A's as well. If you click on the link, you can register for free and get access. The newest addition is an interview with the Aristides Craft Distillery, but there is way more info to be found:

            https://istill.com/tradeshow/

            Regards, Odin.

Our MT has decided to allocate funds that we saved to help people that want to expand their businesses to craft distilling via the iStill Corona Support Fund:

                  https://istillblog.com/2020/11/15/istill-benefit-fund/

Where we translate our savings into discounts for (future) distillers.

                  Regards, Odin.
