So ... instead of creating a whole host of topics related to distilling, I think it would make more sense to post multiple topics, related to distilling, iStill, and making distilling easier for the brewer. BTW, if you guys have any questions, related to distilling, please fire away. For now ... here's a link to a short "fast forward" movie of us setting up a 2000 liter iStill distillery in the Netherlands. That's 520 gallon. A unit that can easily make a 55 to 60 gallon barrel of 60 to 65% whisky.
