  • Rapid oxidation

    Today we canned five barrels of IPA. Upon completion we packaged two barrels into kegs that I’ve been cleaned the day before on a ABE keg commander. Two hours after that the kegs were put on service. The lines had just been cleaned earlier in the week and the beer that came out was completely oxidized if anybody has any ideas on what would cause such rapid oxidation please let me know thank you. No other lines are affected.

    Are you sure the kegs got purged properly? What sanitiser do you use? Did you compare the draft to a can?
