  • Hot Liquor access in cellar or separate hot water supply?

    For getting hot water to CIP your tanks (assuming you don't have a fancy dedicated CIP Room/System) do you have a connection point in your cellar to pull from your hot liquor tank, use an on-demand water heater, or other? Any recommendations either way?

    Edit: This is mainly directed at people running 60bbl-120bbl cellar vessels.

    I would recommend getting a on demand hot water tank. the water need for CIPs would be taxing on your HLT.
