We're currently using somewhere around 40,000 lb of CO2 per year, and with the surge in package sales, that will go up a LOT this year.

We're contemplating getting a nitrogen generator to decrease our CO2 consumption.

Any thoughts? How much could we expect to reduce our CO2 use? Can we use N2 for a canning purge on an in-line canner (ABE Lincan 35)?
