Canadian made brewhouse

I am a brewery in planning and I am trying to source a 3.5 bbl/4hl brewhouse that is fabricated in Canada. I know that DME, and Specific Mechanical are both Canadian made, but the smallest sizes are 5bbl. I could be talked into another system from a different country, but I am trying to avoid all the hassle of import fees etc. Any advice would be helpful. Cheers
