    Thank you in advance,

You mean Wi FRY? I would avoid this.
A central control panel for FV is recommended as opposed to haveing controllers at the vessels.

Hey Brad. We design and manufacture cellar control panels and use Omrons E5CC controllers which have been very trustworthy. We'd be happy to provide a quotation for a control panel if you'd like. Have a good one.

What Starcat says. Simple on-off temperature controllers in a central panel. Backed up 24VAC control power. Individually fused control wires to valves. Bypass solenoid opens when all fermenters closed. Permissive on cool glycol temperature in order to open any fermenters; with alarm for high temperature. Shielded 3-wire cable for RTD and for control power. Octal socket for fast changeout on failure. Security camera on panel for remote monitoring. Inexpensive, robust, and fairly easy. I'm a big proponent of KISS. FWIW, I've used the Autonics TCN4S-24R with good luck.
