thermometer for brewery

We have 2 vessel 10hl system. thermometer on system doesn't provide correct readings. So, we are planning to by new thermometer so step mash can be more accurate.
Do you have any suggestions for professional thermometers. Which thermometer is used in your brewery. Thanks

We use this Data Logger. One probe for the Kettle and one for the MT.
