    You can definitely use a Uni Tank as a Brite tank as well, if that is what you have available. One of the primary benefits of a brite is being able to fit a larger volume into the same footprint (due to the absence of the conical bottom shape for a dish bottom), but you can transfer into a uni and use it the same as you would a brite.

      Yes. Absolutely, hence the name “UniTank”. It’s universal in the brewery. Make certain it is pressure rated and equipped with a PRV.
