    We brewed our flagship NE style IPA which uses very little boil hops and a fair amount of whirlpool hops, .75 lbs per BBL.

    We also dry hop at a rate of .75 lbs per BBL.

    We have made this beer 100's of times. Only this time it is undrinkable. It has a massive bitterness that scratches all the way down your throat lingers forever.

    We transfered to our brite, added some biofine and put some pressure on it for a week at 33
