  • Need Info on this Sungood Mill

I'm helping to get a nano going at an established vineyard. They own a Sungood system, but have very little documentation. I'm unable to find any info on this type of 2 roller grain mill. Can anyone point me to any operating info? The dials are numbered, and I imagine they control the gap, but not really sure where adjustments need to be. Still needs to be wired up, so just looking for any info at this point.

Have a look at the recent post "What is the scale unit on this mill?" I suspect the info here will be useful.

The key factor is that when people indicate mill gap settings, they are only the starting point. Once you know what the gap is, and are happy that gap is consistent, then you adjust according mainly to the the ease of runoff, wort clarity and extract achieved
