    Exhaust Fan Hood for 3.5 BBL Nano Direct Fire System

    I have been searching everywhere, but have no leads. We have a 3.5 bbl direct fire system with 250,000 BTU per burner and we are trying to figure out the requirements for having an exhaust fan and what not. The boiling kettle is dome topped and we are also wondering if a fire suppression is required. (we live in CA)
