Inventory Management Spreadsheet

Howdy all,
Does anyone have a inventory management spreadsheet they are willing to share, excel or open office? I would like to update my record keeping and not wanting to reinvent the wheel, my hopes are one of you kind probrewers will share what you are using and I can modify it for my needs.
Any and all help is greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.
